New Deck & Outdoor Bar Project

We initially started this project last summer when we ripped out the brick paver patio & installed a new stamped concrete patio.  The final step of stamped concrete is to seal it with a silicone sealant that gives it a nice shine.  After a snowy winter & 43 days of rain, it wears off & ends up looking chalky like this:

We will be re-sealing it after we finish the new deck/bar that is going in the grassy area to the left. This has been a waste of space & we are planning on installing a deck using decking material called TimberTech.  We are also going to put an outside bar with a granite top on the deck & steel railings so no one falls over the edge & down the steps.  Here are a few progress pics:
