Have you ever shopped Harbor Freight?

This store is a great resource for lots of DIY projects.  I received an email from a blogger friend who was inquiring into how we my husband made the chandelier drum frame. I wanted to show you the tool he used to bend the wire.  He made 2 of the bent wire radius before welding the straight metal pieces together to make the drum shade frame. He used this tool that he bought a while ago at Harbor Freight.
