Kitchen Backsplash Update

I love our marble kitchen backsplash that we installed Feb 2012, however, over the years it has yellowed near the oven.  This was mainly due to resting stained wood cutting boards against it along with the heat from the oven.  After visiting Floor & Decor, we found some thin 24x48 porcelain panels that would give us the look we were going for.  This tile is meant to go over existing tile.  Here are a few pics:
