I saw this on Pinterest the other day and thought it sounded like a fun, quick project.

The Martha Stewart craft paints are available at Michael's and are around $1.99 each. Lots of colors available too. After washing/drying the bottom of the glasses, I used a cotton ball to apply the paint. Using your finger works just as well as the paint washes off easy. Dry upside down overnight.
I find so many really nice wine glasses at Goodwill for under $1 so if this didn't turn out, no problem. I like how they turned out!
